Today, Orangutan announced that their team will compete in Group 1. The team won the BMOC Grind and will strive to replicate the feat, while Chemin Esports, the Skyesports Pro League champion, will try to stand out. Chemin's DeltaPG is on fire right now, and the team wants to take advantage of it.

Officials did not release the names of Group 1's teams, however, in order to prevent teams from forming and discussing with one another. The invited teams have been grinding hard in third-party competitions since the game's launch and will try their hardest in the official event.

The underdog teams, on the other hand, have advanced to Round 4 after demonstrating their ability in the previous three rounds and will seek to maintain their success.

In the BGIS 2021, both teams had disappointing results. Destro, a former member of BGIS Champion Skylightz Gaming, now plays for Chemin Esports, and the team will be brimming with confidence.

Revenge Esports will also compete today, and the team will be looking to rebound after losing their last several matchups.

The top six teams from Group 1 will qualify for the INR 2 crore event, BMPS Season 1, which will take place in November. The winner of the competition will receive a prize of 75 lakhs.
