Using a bug in Genshin Impact Electro, a streamer named “Genshin Space Program” sent the character Yae Miko into space for some laughs. The bug, which launches players into the air, was used by Twitch streamer fobm4ster to try the longest-ever plunge attack in Genshin Impact. The test involved launching characters from Genshin Impact millions of meters into space and then crashing them back to Earth in Tivat.
Since its September 2020 release, Genshin Impact has been plagued by strange flaws and anomalies, many of which have been exploited by enterprising players to absurd and amusing effect. Most Genshin Impact flaws are just ornamental or creative, like the one that lets you create whatever you want in your Serenitea Pot, resulting in stunning Realms Within. In contrast, others can significantly impact fighting and gameplay, such as making Bosses invincible.
Genshin Impact: Yae Miko
To inaugurate the Genshin Space Program, fobm4ster launched Yae Miko into orbit above Teyvat, as shown in a Twitch streaming clip posted to Twitter. Twitter user fobm4ster tweeted about his attempts to finish the most prolonged dive attack in Genshin Impact and the humorous roadblocks he encountered along the way. In her initial try, Yae Miko dove for nearly 28 hours before the Traveler’s NPC companion Paimon teleported her.
To his or her relief, fobm4ster’s second attempt, which traveled nearly twice as far as the first, was also successful. Fobm4ster, using the 4-star Pyro character Yanfei, successfully executed a plunge attack that traveled 5.6 million meters before landing in Tivat. Yanfei completed the record-breaking dive into Cuijue Slope in slightly under 51 hours. Yanfei was anticipated to land in the water next to Wangshu Inn. However, fobm4ster noted that the height of the Genshin Impact character changed their trajectory.
