Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) esports star Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh told about his future plans during a recent live stream on his Loco channel. Mavi, who was one of the best IGLs in the Indian gaming community, stated that he wants complete control over the signing and releasing of players in any organization he joins in the future.
During the stream, Mavi emphasized that having such control would enable him to perform better and wreak havoc in the matches. “I want an organization where I have complete control. I will decide whom to take and whom to leave. After that, you’ll see that I wreak havoc. Wherever people find fault, they create problems,” he stated.
The popular BGMI streamer also shared his experience while playing for Team X Spark, highlighting how players who were unhappy with him would complain to scouts and vice versa. Mavi said that such situations could create confusion and mess, leading to difficulties in managing the team.
However, Mavi seemed to have had more control while playing for OR Esports. He explained that he was given the power to suggest names that could be included in the team, as well as who to release. Moreover, he could scold players and control matches according to his plans without any issues.
Mavi’s opinion on having control over team management has garnered a lot of attention from fans and esports enthusiasts in the country. He is known for his outstanding skills in BGMI and has a massive fan following, making his comments highly relevant to the Indian esports community.
As BGMI continues to gain popularity in India, the demands of players like Mavi are likely to shape the way esports organizations approach team management. Only time will tell whether Mavi’s demands for control over player signings and releases will become a norm in the Indian esports scene.
